How I Lost the Weight -


In February of 2010 I began my journey with The Leanness Lifestyle at 250 lbs.
8 months later - I'm 172.

I've still got some work to do - and I have every confidence that I will become the person I see in my mind's eye.

    In your results picture you do look more comfortable and happier.
